Banned

Hello, I have been playing on your Simple BF1942 USA server and I kept getting shot at by rakija on there. He was on my team and when I switched teams he followed. I kept shooting back otherwise I wouldn't have gotten anywhere and eventually got banned for minus-score but rakija wasn't for what he was doing. I did keep asking him to stop. Can I get unbanned please? User is -*{Sim}*-
