Did you know:

Drinking too much water too quickly can cause brain damage, coma and death.

About 5 - 10 liters in a few hours can be fatal.

“Water poisoning” occurs when drinking large amounts of water/fluids in short time. This causes loss of salts/minerals/electrolytes that are excreted via the urine, leading to swelling of the brain, causing it to press against the cranium, resulting in brain damage, coma or death.

Tbh i hate that "sport" n wonder why its still populare as its nothing but torture of innocent animals.. im always on the bulls side there - lately i saw a report about a matador who had a mental breakdown while doin his "job", in an interview later he said he "saw the panic in the bulls eyes on the one hand, and the naturally given innocence on the other hand @ the same time, there i realised how wrong all that is, and i felt like being the last poor piece of shit at that moment".. thats why he has quit that job after his epiphany moment.. just wonder how many brutally killed bulls it took to change his view finally..
