overtaken with teamkillers.  That "ask jesus" kid was tank camping in hanger killing team & planes..
Those actions would be a permanent ban back in the days of my server.

more than 100, maybe 130 or something, he uses proxy maybe but he was not cheating, only teamkilling

Yes it does on the US server...there is usually an admin hanging around however.
