Ioda permbanned

This guy was disrupting today so I banned him for a week. Then he comes back and receives permban. After several permbans I suggest banning this guy all the time. He is untrustworthy , unstable and above all whiny.

I will ban him all the time.

His nickname was "stoned" with some stupid spelling.
Other nicknames are Greenhorn and Ioda and Player. Ping approx. 30 ms.

Funny thing...

Chatlogs pls... i reported xtimes 1 guy nothing... then i hit him 1times (bf109 was coming) i got banned but ok... you got now a new troll on your server, isnt hard to evade, normally i want write how simple is it but now fu off

P.S: Next DAys i will do only shit, then this ban is right and not an abuse

Corpsegrinder is an adequate russian player. He had a decent score. You had approx 5/ 15/ 3 . After I spectated him for 3 minutes I saw nothing. When I spectated you I immediately saw that you were following and shooting friendly plane to make him smoke.

Serebro in begin from this map for example he tked me, -3 i reported, nothing he takes flag so his score gets 0 , then he shoot more as 1times planes with flak on our af at take off but wayne... you know all better i see that your brain, when you have one, must be really lil

Yoda - agreed, u play fair usually unless someone is provoking u, same though with Corpsegrinder, he also plays fair usually. Wasnt there @ the beginning but joined a bit later, as i trust ur reports i have warned him not to play disruptively, and i also saw Sere re-joining under a different nick to spectate him, while he was watching there were no more dis-actions by Corpse, so i think the admins did their job. I was in the other team so i didnt spectate him, apart from this i knew there are admins @ the other side who care, so did Sere.
Idk what was goin on there, but possibly all this between u and Corps began while u both were waiting for a plane, from own experience i know how it sux when u r waiting for a planespawn just to see another guy line-jumping and grabbing the plane what u were waiting for much longer already - its really annoying, some do feel treated that unfair that they jump into an aa to take the line-breaker down, what isnt that cool either thou.. again, idk, but maybe this is how it has started. The best is to keep cool, to wait for the next plane or to grab any other unit at that time - anyway always better than to make a drama of it.
But to threaten with ban-evading and dis-gameplay is not ok at all, neither is to use such a language as u do vs Sere here, not nice at all!! Man i just hope u think twice about it n dont start such bullshit, too - there are enough troublemakers already, wouldnt be cool to see u becoming one of these buttheads, would be a pity, u r better than that mate! It anyway would be unfair to all the other fair players.

Situation is following.
Ioda has been playing decent withous spam and disrupt, so I saw him few times and left him alone to play. Some admins still continue banning him because of his previous evades.
Idk really what to do with him. I feel that I'm being mellow. Maybe I'm not right here.
After all this whole thread is started by me. Maybe we need a vote here, or tuia's decision, idk, really confused. Sry all for making it hard.

I banned him tonite 5 or 6 times and he kept coming back .everybody knows him so I think it sends the wrong message to unban him you cannot run a server with allowing some people to do what they want.permaban
