hi mate - true, server (both Fra and US) auto-kicks (very) high pings for a special reason, thats the problem i assume.. when u have 120 normally it should work ok, with 500 for any reason it will become problematic.. i hope someone can help you there..

The server will auto-kick on any ping above 480.  So do not worry there is no human doing this....it is automated.

Do you have some software installed what is running in the background, perhaps any anti-malware-software, like spy-bot or something similar, what better should be disabled while being in game? Or do you share your connection with any other user? I do know from own experience what this does mean for the gameplay, if the second user is online its getting very laggy with brutal ping-peaks which will lead to a disconnection again.. Well, no more ideas by me, whatever - Banzaaaiiiii )
