Unban Please

Hi i guess i got banned because of the negative score thingie....got kicked out several times....tried to learn air combat...didnt do anything wrong i didnt team kill or spawn kill at enemy uncapturable base...i am just new to this so i wanted to try all the aspects of the game...so sorry....in game name is Shadow i got banned 19:00 -21:00...map bocage playing as allies...server i think FRA idk 188.165.220.115:14567 this is the IP sorr i am kinda new to this
