I learned that unprocessed foods contain almost no sodium, and that it might be a good idea to add it.

Ephemeral ça rend super mal haha.
At least you can feel that feeling I had to know and won't. My father told me about when you drink the first press of the grapes it has a feeling loke you are linked to earth etc... fuck I'm here clicking around, calculating and coding conceptual bullshits.
a feeling loke you are linked to earth etc...
Well, your father rolled one again watching Avatar...
Non seulement vous vous parlez en anglais, mais en plus au sujet d'une expérience gustative. Plus aucun respect pour les valeurs françaises.
Anyone like Pasties? They are full of amazing! True yooper food right der!
Different recipes but generally contain the basics of diced potatoes, carrots, onions, rutabegas, different spices, and seasoned ground beef. There's also some with chicken, pork, turkey, and peperoni, and even veggie ones! All the ingredients are wrapped in like a buttery crust. Can eaten plain but usually people put gravy or ketchup on them.

Yes! The miners here in the mid 1800's were cornish. Then the many Finnish immigrants kinda adopted and modified it a little and it became traditional food here.

That's 500 miles away from me. Our water is nothing like theirs. Our water here comes from the cleanest and the clearest of the great lakes!
I think Flint had water problems a few years ago too. They are all lame down there anyway.
I almost eat everything you mentioned above except bacon
.
i feel like showing my fridge and foods again ....
i currently eat around 500g mixed vegetables every day, completely raw and unprocessed. plus fruits, berries, milk, oats, mixed organic unprocessed meats, oils, misc. other foods. and i take some supplements
i have two full sized fridges in my home and a freezer. one of them is for vegetables only
fresh danish organic kale
danish biodynamic milk, 4% fat
danish organic rapeseed oil
fish oil
organic pomegranate
swedish organic blueberries ("real blueberries", completely blue inside)
organic danish rolled oats
d-ribose, a supplement
misc. supplements : l-carnitine, magnesium, q10
Fish oil is overrated. Eat actual fish instead!
maybe, maybe not, the scientific studies and evidence are divided
if i magically could teleport raw fish to me from 10.000 years ago, where the world oceans were virtually clean and unpolluted, i would do that and eat mixed fish 24/7
oceans are now heavily polluted with all kinds of toxic chemicals and substances. these get absorbed by the fish, and then by us when we eat them. plus they contain micro and nanoplastics
