Rules - Simple Server

Little bit ago, played map kurs, was having pretty good fun, Leo and Russ was in there trying to take me down. After one engagement, killed russ, he had shot me up pretty good, he died I was low on health 1 bar left after the duel. I ditched my plane-waited for new plane to arrived, was taken off, went right on axis side not towards battlefield and then Russ comes and kills me - please look at logs 10/17 2:00 am. I know the rules state can't use base for protection, but I killed russ on an engagement, ditched my plane, that should of reset that encounter. New plane for me and russ doesn't mean that he can come right over and camp my take off can he? When we are dogfighting, i can't use base as protective cover, but when i killed him that should of reset that whole rule, meaning i can get a new plane cause he's done the samething.

I don't camp main unless getting shot at by 50, tank or apc and then usually i don't attack anyhow that is just me. Senior admin please advise.
