I dont know moon very well, but Zapp has been a pain in the ass the last couple of weeks. Constantly trolling and annoying other players, in specific lop players. I really hope it stops.

Right now Zapp was trolling on server with names and was provoking lop|uraw for a permban.

I warned then banned him for 1day for radiospam. Then he evaded his ban and got permbanned. Then evaded again.

So, no admin rights for him I think...

Can confirm what serebro is telling. Its the same EVERY time im on the server and he is online, even though I didnt do anything to him. So guess viita is right - he gets a big boner by doing it.

Luckily his admin rights is removed some time ago.
