Hello pls help me

im from turkey, I have a game center in istanbul.

most popular game is bf1942 in my place.

but 2 - 3 days, my costumers cant join in your servers?

what is reason ?

eror is UNABLE to CONNECT TO SERVER..

pls help me this is my job. and  i have 2 child come on it is emergency

Just to make sure that I am not mistaken. Does it mean you are working at reception in some computer club in Turkey where people can play PC games for money? I didn't expect it's popular these days...

The nearest server for you is SiMPLE | BF1942 [FRA] (188.165.220.115:14567) and it's popular and available. I don't know the reason why you can't join the server but I presume:

1. Maybe you are permanently banned.
2. Your game client is out of date.

I sent you a PM with the link to download the game client via BitTorrent. If you still can't join the server with the game client by the link I sent you, just try to contact Tuia and create a new thread in the server ban appeals section.

i download all cilent again. but same problem.

İ ask to the my battlefield 1942 fan costumers.

They said " we didnt go against the server rules."

but some of child can do bad thinks i dont know.

still problem continiue

can you check for ban ? maybe banned my internet cafe ip..

i dont know pls my costumers wait the solving this problem.
