Dude kicked and then banned me for 1 day for "blocking the spawn of the tank on Stalingrad".
Though I always jumped so it couldn't be blocked. But he stood permanently and didn't move so he could block the spawn himself.
He used to tank for himself and I think he got annoyed that someone else wants to tank on the map.

I think it's a power abuse.

Any opinions?

I warned him both through chat and in game warning. Kicked, came back did same thing warned again, did not listen. Banned 1 day. See the logs, it's all there.

If you are jumping and hit the ground at the same time the vehicle is supposed to spawn, it will delay it. 
Maybe your timing was "perfect" this time and the tank would not spawn because of it.

I checked the Admin list for the French server, I see your on the list. Your ban has been removed. Also, If I'm on the server playing, I am in Team Speak, you could have jumped in and spoke with me instead of ignoring my requests.

I didn't know there was a US teaspeak server running. Where can I get the adress btw? Just in case.

The address is shown on the level loading page when a new map is starting up - or when you first join.

I come there when the french server gets emty and I still don't want to sleep. Maybe like 2 or 3 times a week.
