I can confirm this, the map was Kursk and this player was on Axis team being extremely disruptive and when asked to stop his reply on all counts was "make me" should be easy to find in the logs.

Sorry Silver, I was dogfighting 2 planes & trying to help out the north flag while the obvious kick situation occurred. I was gonna kick him when the game restarted, but he had left.
