Re: Ukraine demonstrations

Maybe same place as USA? They have exercises announced for a while about going somewhere over there. We already have some exercise with many countries in Norway too.

portugal was already taken over by the jews too? or is it the last bastion of anti-jew resistance? ;-)

Portuguese government is another puppet in their hands. It is a shockingly surprising well "behaved" country. Portuguese don't riot, or barely protest against salary cuts, pension cuts, social rights taken away, all in name of our nation's economy balance. However, despite all these measures the public debt still rises and there is no economic growth. Portugal, in large, is doomed for poverty and misery, unfortunately, because we're ruled by anti-patriotic and corrupt politicians. After they step away from government they get top ranks in European Central Bank, European Union or International Monetary Fund, because they served well their masters' purposes.
Same thing will happen to Ukraine, if nothing new happens, they will get their aid package from International Monetary Fund, then profitable state-owned companies are sold for a bargain, social rights are taken away, unemployment rises, public health care services deteriorate, et cetera.

https://www.google.com/search?q=portuga … s&tbm=isch

those look like mass protests by my standards ;-)

you got 78 billion euro IMF-EU bailout, the question is why you had to (if you had to)
quick googling says it's a combination of massive government corruption, stealing + people living beyond their means - a bubble that had to burst sooner or later
i still don't see jews in there unless they've come and rigged all your elections in the last no idea how many years

btw, i personally was against EFSF bailouts, i'm just not sure if you'd like not getting those money and going bankrupt immediately

Same thing will happen to Ukraine, if nothing new happens, they will get their aid package from International Monetary Fund, then profitable state-owned companies are sold for a bargain, social rights are taken away, unemployment rises, public health care services deteriorate, et cetera.

no offence to ukraine but their average pension now is around 100 EUR
and i'm pretty sure you wouldn't want to get in a situation where you'd need their health care service either

Same goes for Croatia, btw is Portugal in that EMF program in controlling public debt? I dont get it why doesnt EU have a program to control unneployment when it get for example over 15%, nobody cares about people.

how would you control unemployment rate? by shooting those that are not employable in the current economy/job market state?

and i'm pretty sure there are tons of EU/government programs to create more jobs, most of them being just a waste of taxpayers' money

Gas in Germany, banking sector in France, tourism in Spain...

By way of example Russia placed orders for two french helicopter carrier (one named « Sevastopol » tongue). They may not be delivered. It represents thousands of jobs and over a billion euros.

We are neighbors, we are interdependents, we are in the same boat and we set fire to it.

Re: Ukraine demonstrations

Ukraine's illegal government has agreed on a bailout with IMF today in return of tough economic reforms, as expected. Yulia Tymoshenko declares she will run again for next presidential elections on May 25. I am curious to see who will be the other candidates.

Well, apart from the brainwashing news in Russian and European television, I could only say these sanctions are not that effective, but some people in Russia think that we should reserve for ourselves the right to hit with sanctions back like to ban some products from EU, stop to support American space program when NASA depends so much on Russian rocket engines, raise prices on gas for Germany, refuse to buy those helicopter carriers from France etc. As far as I remember, the agreement about those carriers was carried out between president Medvedev and president Sarkozy: people in Russia don't actually understand or support Hollande's behaviour and think that he is just another temporary arsehole like France needs someone more serious and more trustworthy like Marine Le Pen. In my opinion, these talks about sanctions will bring nothing with no action, because it's time of cautious people who prefer to act with reasonable precaution and far-reaching importance. I also think these modern times teaches a good lesson to our authorities because they started to think how to make our economy more independent.

They are already legal, EU and US support them. There are no so much famous names for you in the Ukrainian presidential election campaign: Timoshenko, Klitchko, Yarosh etc. In my humble opinion, they have no chance to win because EU want to see someone who looks more neutral and less radical. Someone like Poroshenko. He is an Ukrainian oligarch and the next president of Ukraine I guess, because it's much more easier to control an oligarch than a nationalist. It's very sad but it's not the Ukrainian people who elect their president, all the results depends on the opinion of US and EU. When I say EU, I mean such countries like Germany, France and England of course, another countries like Slovakia or Estonia have no right to get their own opinion nowadays and they will support everything.

yes, those sanctions are pretty lame
what surprised me tho is that Sberbank says they actually have some impact

http://www.reuters.com/article/2014/03/ … 2S20140324

still weak tho

I also think these modern times teaches a good lesson to our authorities because they started to think how to make our economy more independent.

i agree, this dependency on russian gas and oil must be fixed, the sooner the better

In Ukraine borned brown plague, and the U.S. call it democracy. All have already seen that the word "democracy" means "what is needed west and American bankers." However, most people do not see this, and Ukrainians themselves deny the existence of the Nazis in Kiev. Someday, they finally got angry  the Bear ..

It reminds me of the information war against Russia in 2008 with a lot of fake videos and staged photos. Wag the dog!
