Croatia has to win against Island, if not, they don't deserve to be in the WC. Sweden vs. Portugal will be much more interesting... hope Sweden will make it.

I see both matches Croatia vs Iceland and Portugal vs Sweden balanced. I think Croatia will have a tough match against Iceland, because Iceland have some good players playing abroad in the English Premier League and Dutch league. Sweden wins Portugal, if they can stop João Moutinho, which for me is the best player in our national team. It's not Cristiano Ronaldo, he is overrated, Ibrahimovic is much better than him, almost in every aspect, no doubt about it. I don't know all of Sweden players, but I've heard they have some new good wingers and midfielders. If I would bet, which I won't because it's too risky, I'd say Croatia and Sweden qualify for World Cup.

Island vs. Croatia

They have the good old Gudjohnnson. And Sigurdsson played for 1899 Hoffenheim in Germany. He has a good shot and a good free kick, but still, Croatia is Croatia and i have no doubt Croatia will do this! In those games experience wins.

Sweden vs. Portugal

I don't like Cristiano and Pepe is a fucking idiot, but i don't think CR7 is overrated, because he scores goals all the time. Just watch how many goals he scored last season. This game will be very hard tough. Portugal has better player but Sweden has the better team spirit i think. This will be a very interesting game.

Croatia did well in world cup  in last time, they have some weak tactics  but with good strategy and powerful players
I guess Germany or spain won in world cup?

This action is representative. He could have tried the offside trap (as Cannavaro did) or done a tight marking, cornered Wiltord against the touch line and awaited reinforcements. But it's too passive defenses, there would be too much leeway for the striker. Here he's great, even in this difficult situation he defends without suffering. He makes the rules. Leaping, tackling, controlling, going up, passing quietly in the same breath and without even touching the forward.
Wiltord has the ball and yet he's just a humble spectator. Sickening

Maldini was a left back, not a central defender like Cannavaro or Baresi. I think that Italy has good defenders because of defensive attitude of italian football.

Today's level is lower because all teams use zone instead of men marking.
