Let me get this straight, failed parental education in your opinion is if kids troll around? I think you forgot how it was when you were a kid. Kids troll about anything, it's just what kids do. It doesn't mean they are failures, it means they are kids. And of course, if they see that kid has two fathers or two mothers, they would troll him hard. Kids will also troll if you've put on two different socks, or if you don't have the pen like other kids have, etc.. My point is, kids are meant to troll, it's their business.

I can't say that all these fragments from this video are about Russia because at least one third of this video is about people that looks strange for me, they speak another language and I can't understand a word they are saying.
