im ashamed to admit i plan to pay for and try bf4 within next ten days, only because of curiosity and to get confirmed that loads of vital features as usual are missing or broken, plus dumbed down console ones will be present in abundance. ill probably play 20 hours or less total

on a sidenote; it's likely there will be the usual "black friday" offer, november 29th, where bf4 gets lowered to 30 bucks that day only. current price in my country is 110$, lowest i've seen so far:45$, ea brazil download

I wonder how long it will take to become a good player. Probably many newbies in the beginning unless the gameplay is similar to that of bf3, which I have never played either.

One thing good about Battlefield 4 is that it uses FairFight. It is a server side anti-cheat engine and looks really promising. Cheaters will have a hard time to deal with it.

I have wasted over 11000 EUR taken from the company's budget in 2013 for Windows 7 Professional for domain workstations only, to say nothing of the other software. One day I will build a house with the DVD boxes.
