Windows 2008 R2 Server Crash on Running DedicatedServer.exe

So we went with a 1942 install this evening on a Windows Server 2008 R2.  If I use just the 128 player patch everything is fine I can load dedicated.exe .  If I use the keyhash all clients.  The dedicated server crashes instantly not even loading the setup with this error:

Re: Windows 2008 R2 Server Crash on Running DedicatedServer.exe

Don't use DedicatedServer.exe from keyhash all clients package, just use BF1942_w32ded.exe. I wasn't aware about that problem in Windows 2008.
The DedicatedServer.exe files, although functionally the same, were built with different version of compiler.
