Interesting idea to make such a post. I haven't watched your links yet, I think it doesn't worth a shot as it is not difficult to have an healthy life
- Just eat 5 fruits and vegetables every day (Personnaly I eat like 6 or 7 fruits and vegetables every day).
- Don't believe in guys who say that you have to eat only vegetarian. In my opinion, I believe that we have to eat very diversified food: fish, meat, rice, pastas ... I never eat junk food and I never drink soft food like coca cola.
- Do sport ! The idea is to do cardio exercise (running like 2 hours every week for instance) and make some more physical exercise (100 push ups every day for instance, it only takes 2 minutes)

100 push ups everyday? Seems like you know alot about physical but still didn't know that the muscle group you have exercised need to rest for at least 48 hours. Recovery is at least as important as the training. Many people don't stick to that, no wonder why they do not build lol.

A recovery is needed when your muscle group got tired, that is to say after a tiring exercise. 100 push ups, that's not a lot (2x50) it takes me 2 minutes and i dont feel my muscles tired enough to need a recovery.
I don't mean that 100 push ups enable you muscle your body a lot, I say that it enables you feel better
After if you wanna look like a too much muscled idiot guy with no brain, you will need to do more exercise than 100 push ups every day. I only do 100 push ups + 50 pull ups with a bar everyday and it helps me feel good and have a nice body
