Hey guys,

I guess there is a topic in the admin forum aswell but just wanted to write down my point of view.

First I have to say I know Simon as a fair player who respect the rules.

Yesterday he tked someone, no idea if it was on purpose or accidential, the tked person said if someone can ban him, immediately Yoda banned Simon for 1 week. For me it is way too much, 15 minute ban would have been the maximum and it was not sure if he made it on purpose. Nvm the big problem was that he changed keyhash and evaded ban that is why he was perm banned with several keyhashes and I guess Yoda asked for ip ban in admin forum.

I think it is not really fair from the beginning on, lets say the normal way: Warn, kick, ban. For 1 tk a 1 week ban I would not accept it aswell. The reason why Yoda banned him, he said was that Simon knows the rule but Yoda are you sure that he made it on purpose? As far I know you did not even see him tking, you just banned because someone was asking...

Even if you don't know the rules it is common sense that you shouldn't tk on purpose. Yoda is really funny to mention this as a reason... we are talking about this in the admin section.

Simon is fair player ??? ye I saw his justice at omaha .He couldnt reach upper bunkers cos of enemy tnk.. so he switched teams & started tking everyone who took tank (I guess it was our faul cos we wont let him frag....lmao next time we should ask him for permition) ... Besides & im not mentioning his behaving ... (when u kill him like 6 times in a row) just check a chat logs & have fun..

DC, this isnt the first time simon got caught doing this kind of shit behaviour. Also evading isnt the first time, thats why yoda banned him instantly and i give 100% my support on this one

PS: Stop making topics about one kick or ban from a admin that u don't like, first of all we don't care. And second, it's our decission not yours. No offence though, but we know what were are talking about. Like banning simon for a week because this happend for the 3th time, we don't have to expain to someone who's no admin.

Well Timmos, wrong way of thinking: I have no problems with Yoda. It is more the opposite, I like what he is doing and I like his work behaviour as admin what most admins are missing.
But well if there is a ban which is too harsh for me, I am allowed to mention it.

About the things say said, I can nothing answer there cause i do not know these situations.

Btw Timmos I do not care if you call me bot, as u should know I mentioned often that I am not skilled and I do not care this case, cause I enjoy just playing. I guess Timmos the most players are bots for you, so let us see it in another way, bots kill you very often :-D

And what I can remember is when you lost your admin rights you just said that there are just crap admins and now you have the rights back and you say that every admin knows what he is doing. Kind of a clear fall of double standard, don't you think so?

Yoda is right like Timmos said.
Simon said once to me, after killing him many times that he was going to ruin my game from that point, after that he joined me everywhere i went and started tkling me... (Yoda banned him 9 times that day)

Nono DC, there are many admins around that don't deserve their admin rights. But for the record this time Yoda was right (not many times but hey, he improves himself!)

And about the botkilling, yes it's really annoying =,=

If simon would think that he has become a victim of injustice he would be here already but instead he evades the Ban for another time to proove that he is what the most of us think already
