I think spawn time goes from 3 to 18 seconds, not sure...

I have often 18 seconds when i still got 5 / 10 kills but i thought the more you kill the lower the spawn rate is so i should have 3 seconds, and when i choose sniper no matter how much i kill it stays 10 / 18 seconds

When you get killed, and not after you make a teamkill, because of the spawn time penalty, what is the minimum and maximum spawn time with current server settings?
Moonlight, spawn times are random, if you happen to die just after a spawn wave you will have to wait some seconds for the next wave. If you die when a spawn wave is about to start, you will spawn immediately. It has been explained and discussed in this previous topic: http://team-simple.org/forum/viewtopic.php?id=151.

spawn time is fixed in server seetings.
it only depends on moment of your death and its gap to the next wave.
read tuia's link if you want to know how its working in detail

spawn time is fine as it is right now.

tuia, over the time I see many players complaining about the high spawn time, it's not only me. If there can be done something about this, please give it a try.

Dont change it. Its hard enough on some maps to get a flag cause of the big amount of players who can spawn at a flag.

If you reduce the spawn time you habe to reduce the capture time at the same time.

Would be great if it was like 12 seconds everytime. Not 6, not 20, no just 12 seconds everytime.

It makes taking flags even more interesting; people can react on it...

no that does not work, cause then every player has an individual spawn time, that makes it even more difficult to get a flag, cause everytime a guy could spawn.

So making the same spawn time for everyone (means generally 10 or 12 seconds) does not work at all.

Just leave it as it is.

The only thing in my opinion where you can make an improvement would be the additional tk time.(it happens that you tk accidentally and then you just wait years, normally tk guys on purpose should be kicked or banned and the guys who tked on purpose dont need a punishment)

The same spawntime for every player in every situation does not work on a big server.
