Unban king Keule.

Just banned him accidentally, number 3. And I couldn't ban .63, no idea why, it said 'id 63 not valid' or sth like that

i have had that aswell,but worked a couple of mins later same number and person(but not one as above)

He is unbanned. BFServerManager doesn't work correctly, especially when the server is full.
