Banned, no chance to explain..!?

Ok guys, i got a 1 day ban on 13 september at around 13:05 while playing wake.. I will explain what happened very shortly!

It was just at beginning of the map, i spawned as allied at the top north flag. Took a jeep and headed for the defgun at the islands northern tip to get to the defgun and planned to take some shots at the jap ships.. While driving the jeep, a tank pushed its brakes right in front of me.. So a crash wa pretty much unavoidable an i struck the sherman in its rear, i got killed.. When i was typing in chat to say sorry i got banned right away.. Now I know i crashed against an admin called "Denny"... He gave me a one day ban instantly! Again, im really sorry about that!

But my question now is why i got the ban without getting the chance to explain or even say sorry.. To my opinion its unfair. Im not gonna ask for any unban for a one day period, all i wanna know is why i got banned for the day straight away... If any admin on any server would react like that it can push people away from any server. So its not even a smart thing to react like that as an admin..

Hi,
when i took that sherman you were screaming negative negative, i went to the north and trying to shoot arcihva in the moment and few secs later you bump into me with a jeep and i got killed, so i got an impression that you did it on purpose. Im sorry for the ban tho, tuia can unban you.

@tuia- feel free to unban him since it was all mistake

still we don't get our answer that u gave him an instant ban? Maybe you should revoke his admin status also tuia, and do it a lot more to players who don't have any clue about their admining

Instant ban for anything is a little bit hard i think. I never ban instantly, just kick.

Tedje is a polite and great guy, and i don't know what s wrong but he certainly doesn't deserve to get banned like that

He is Denny, Tedje was a old player from the time of Nateos public server, he even started playing before me, i think around 2004. But i know it was a mistake

I know im not admin here but i did use the warn/kick/ban routine on our server UNLESS i was 100% sure about violation.

No offence Denny, but if u make that 1 ban with questionable grounds => ppl will scream and they will be correct.

IMHO if u instantly ban somebody => you must be certain that person breaks rules intentionally.

It was a bad call nothing more nothing less. Denny already explained why he banned him and he said sorry. Besides you can't blame someone for not knowing another player.
If u gonna revoke admin rights each time an admin makes a mistake the server will soon be without admins.
