cd key help

I downloaded BF1942 from Team Simple home page. During installation no cd key was requested.

As I owe an original cd (damaged) I would like to use my cd key, because sometimes i get "CD code already in use" message trying to join a server.

Is it possible to edit cd-key without having to re-install the game?

You can use your own valid CD-key by running Battlefield 1942_Code.exe in your <BF1942 DIR>\eReg folder and typing it in.
