is there any way that..the intro video in starting is skipped.. automatically..

Yes. Go to your BF1942 directory and in Movies folder, rename file Intro.bik to any name you want for example NoIntro.bik. Now intro movie doesn't load. You can do the same for the other videos DICE.bik, EA.bik and Legal.bik, they are annoying.

Yes.
I deleted all files except background.bik in the directory C:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\Battlefield 1942\Mods\bf1942\Movies

or just create a shortcut/bat/whatever with BF1942.exe +restart 1

I just delete all files completely whenever I reinstall and haven't regretted it to this day.
