Now forbidden to shoot down planes that returned to base?

Please explain to me something.
It happened today on Guadalcanal:
1. I saw Timmos in D4 and began the persecution. He was in plane high over capturable flag.
2. He flew to the airfield. I flew closer to him.
3. Then Timmos flew over runway and I killed him in C3.
5. Timmos kicked me for baserape.
What rule was violated? Now forbidden to shoot down planes that returned to base?

one thing is to be in a dogfight situation and your opponent runs back to the the base, its a safe zone but in that type of situation it should be not considered that way. Another thing is chasing a guy only to kill him there. Maybe he didnt even knew you were on his back.

Could be. I shot few times at him back in D4, but missed, therefore I decided to fly more close.

You are incorrect. If the pilot left some area for start-up and got an altitude he need for dogfight, he is ready to dogfight then. He can't just go through the base and say "I am over the base, don't shoot me or I kick you". There are no any "safe zones".

wow wow wow, as first i was getting altitude because i was starting?! therefor u come on my back while i COULDNT DO ANYTHING, i didnt even had speed to turn because my landing gear wasnt even in. For that, thats basecamping and that gives u a deserved kick...

You have squads A1:C3 for this. Just fly to sea on left side from your airfield

No Nameless, that is not allowed. Otherwise you are saying that u can kill in the safe zone and allege "he was getting altitude" all the time. If he is getting altitude there that´s his business, hes not shooting anyone down or chasing anyone.

So people can take-off over enemy flags? Ok. But it's weird. Then I can take-off all the time, higher and higher... and shout: "I taking-off and even not shooting. Kick him!", if somebody shot me down.

Anyways Telrin no point to discuss this here as its your word against his. Just keep in mind that some admins are more emotional and will always kick u in these borderline situations. Just reconnect and continue playing

The first flag could be the flag from the enemy, therefore if you get altitude over the enemy territory of course you are free to be shot down. Otherwise even a tank wouldn't be allowed to shot you down. Just get altitude over c2, b2...

for the retards among us, the plane spawns at c3, then i drove over to c2 and got airborn at d3. NO SPEED OR ALTITUDE, what does that mean? BASECAMPING, jeez guys my landing gear was not even in.. and u think its allowed to shoot me then?

You are wrong. Safe zone is for take off only. If I see the enemy pilot taking off from the airfield in front of the main base, I always say: "Okay, see you around soon enough when you will be high..." (I mean altitude, not drugs).
The CAPTURABLE base is the enemy territory and if the pilot is flying through - it's kinda his problem. He can get altitude somewhere else.

It's not a camping because I don't pursue the prey during its start-up and I fly everywhere. It's like an implicit need for some small maps like Kharkov or Battleaxe at a quite short distance from point to point.
