Forgive tk (ftk)

How does it work, that ftk command????????

I have that 100 times typed in the console.
but there happened nothing..

I have tried this:

-ftk
-ftk "PlayerID"
-ftk "Playername"

if anyone team kills you and u want to (really) forgive him, open console and write ftk. He will be able to spawn normally (time wise) when he gets killed.

you cant return lost score, you can only forgive the penalty time of his spawn

Is this feature even enabled on the server? I remember trying it at some point when a noob-GUN tkd me but didnt help at all.
