Yeah, they don't, but ofc you can always call an ambulance if you feel very bad. Also there's an emergency care - you can call it if you feel your life isn't in danger, but it's obvious that a treatment needed right now. Works every day but in Moscow.

better way to beat hangover is cold beer or ice dry wine
another way there is many pills in drugshops that able heal you at morning, i used many times alkozelcer, or someth.. 1 hour and you are healed, good thing
