Serious admins required

Actually im pretty happy with the administration of your server, but in the last days there were 2 case where i really wonder how thoses guys can be admins.

1) Yesterday evening i get flamed by Syndrum_Soldier for having a good score on Berlin/Stalingrad. Stuff like "cheater" and "impossible shots".
Wtf? Everybody knows that Infmaps are only about camping. Every average player can have good stats there. Its no cheating to camp at a normal flag. And that you can not do those plays, does not mean they are impossible. Maybe just accept there are better players than you are....

2) Today i got banned from Cartman on Tobruk, after i tk him for stealing my tank.
I know tk is not okay, but everyone would have kicked him for disruptive play, when he just steals my tank.
I dont have rights to kick, so i had to tk him
What really pisses me off, is the fact that he instant banned me. Its only a 1 day ban, so i give a shit about it, but instant??
Normally you first WARN, then KICK a player. If a player continues, you can ban him...

Its really sad that you apperently dont need to know much about administrating to get admins rights here.
Feels like every noname player get rights, when he played once on your server.

I wish you just thinking over your admin pool here. Maybe prefer experienced players who are known & respected in the game, like GUN, TnS, pas42 or other league clans.
And no 2012-kiddies that started the game when it was for free on origin.....

i dont think you deserve admin rights, first u were trolling the server.. after some asslicking u get admin rights and u suspect everyone for using SOMETHING, you dont even know where u are talking about. which kind of cheat or anything related to it, and then u should make admin decisions? am totally against that some of the newer admins are even admin, while they dont know SHIT of this game

The reason I said that is because,
I have never seen him in the server or i've not noticed him.
I thought he is new here and makes impossible scores.

Normally you first WARN, then KICK a player. If a player continues, you can ban him...

It was me who banned you for a day , a 35 yr old that plays this game from the beginning.(not defending syndrum, i don't actually know how he got his admin rights but whatever).
you are forgetting something, after you teamkilled me you also called me names, and still i was polite enough to ask you why you did it, i think i asked you about 5 times why, after which you only ignored to answer because you knew you did wrong....we were both waiting for that tank to spawn, and i got more luck and got in first, so , there s no discussion about stealing it from you . all the respect i had for you is gone now, because you act like those noobs comming directly from origin, and next time, for doing thing like that you ll get a ban again, but this time it is going to be a longer one.
