Banned or not banned?

1. My friend kukuruz is unable to post questions from his own account. He made a screenshot but I'm not sure if I can share it on forum. When he is logged in though, the post icon in the top-right corner is not visible.

2. Yesterday, while playing a game, he was suddenly kicked from the server. There was no specific message explaining the reason for the kick. He wasn't in negative score, he wasn't disturbing the game. After being kicked, he's been unable to connect to the server since then. Normally, when someone is banned, it shows the date until which they are banned, but in my friend’s case, it only says “failed to connect to server" since then. Nothing else.

What could be the reason for these issues?

Have him try again. He may have been caught in a pubkey ban.

He just did. He is still blocked in the server and on forum.

Looks like he was able to get in game. Not sure about the forum though :-/

Yes, as of yesterday evening (sometime after 19:00) his ban on game has lifted. We never received any answers from mods though.
His ban on forum continues.

Most likley this was a public key ban that he got caught up in, he was never on the banlist.

I dont think hes banned on the Forum, just takes time to verify him, thanks to some trolls.
He cant post much in the meantime.
