thanks mate, found that before, downloads not working. went looking everywhere, seems not to be  around anymore.

      mate, i thank u again for your help.. got a bit sus about chrome, so i loaded the link into  another browser, and bingo, downloaded and installed.

seems chrome was blocking it..
