Is the ban justified?

Good morning, last Tuesday, as soon as I entered the server, while shooting an enemy, a player (Alfred) crossed my path and was killed by my shots (TK). I apologized, and the match ended seconds later. In the next scenario, moments after it started, I was cicked for TK. I rejoined with a different name (NEMESIS), and after a while, having an excellent score (third on my team), I received a 4-day ban. My question is: Is it normal to go from being cick to a 4-day ban for nothing?

1- map started (39:32)
2- enemies are in the other side of map xd

Then he changed to NEMESIS and was sfv'ing me and S.E.L.F. and tw as the picture shows.
