While the chiguire guy is just a little goof who could easily be put back on the right track,
BrazilKing is beyond any help.
He once was banned permanently,
and he started his annoying ways the very moment he was allowed to play again on SiMPLE.
For me, accepting him on SiMPLE is the same as accepting a fly on the screen, 2 cm next to the crosshair.

Due to spamming, this has been my setting for years:

GeneralOptions.con
chat.setIgnoreRadioAudio 1

Then create a shortcut (alias) to enable/disable during game if dipshits are not present.

Text is still visible, but there is a setting for that if warranted.

Not only does this 'non evil' person often overspam commands,he will break server rules if he thinks he can.
Here he is axis on Berlin, with a kettenrad in allied main ,shooting spawning players.
