Players wasting equipment

I got kicked for a tk.
A player was flying around in our airplane (at maximum altitude) and not making any kills, costing us flags. This went on for at least 10 minutes. I tk'd the player and got the plane back.

Hi , it was me who banned you 1 day for tk a teammate. Unfortunately what saw doesn't match with what you are saying here. Nick Larry was flying the SBD bombing axis airfield, while you were in the Corsair, and I saw how you chased him and Shot him down. Beside your team had 4 flags that time .
Even if it is as you are claiming, that doesn't give you the right to just teamkill a teammatejust because he's not good enough .

Nick Larry was team damaging and keeping the SBD occupied to disrupt the game. I don't have proof but if you really want you can find out via deep logs, chat logs, whatever else.
