Ban DANNY_WORLD_PEACER for permanent Main Base Attack

Happy New Year and Merry Christmas to everyone to all the good players!

I wish all the good players all the best, good health, and, of course, a good time in the best game in the World!
And to the bad players, I wish you to delete this game, stop torturing yourself and others, and find something else to do.

Many people are continuing to celebrate by drinking heavily, which is negatively impacting their mental and psychological health.

So, on January 2nd, player DANNY_WORLD_PEACER began a permanent tank Main Base Attack, killing me, other players, bots, and, most importantly, killing the festive spirit of the Christmass holidays.
