I can't connect to the RTR-SW server.

Hello everyone! I'm facing a problem where I can't join the RTR-SW server. After downloading, I get a connection error. I may have been banned (I don't know why). Today, on December 12, 2025, I logged in around 15:10 Moscow time and played without any issues. My nickname is {OG}Gurbey. Thank you in advance!
