Why am I banned?

Just attempted to join the server and it says I'm banned??

Handy how he didn't show the bit before where he shot me to get that plane though, isn't it....and the admin doing nothing about it

Just been banned again because a player falsely accused me of team wounding when he's the one who shot me

You are banned because you were teamwounding  a teammate because he got the tank before you .
Not your first time btw , yesterday I was playing under fake name and saw you zooking a friendly tank in Aberdeen.

Cool story....except I didn't play Aberdeen yesterday, and I didn't team wound anyone, at least not intentionally (I was however team wounded by another player). Moreover, the 'evidence' linked to in that video shows me accidentally TKing a teammate, acknowledging this....and that's it. Hardly ban-worthy, is it?
