bf1942リテール版を開こうとしたらBFCPRT.dllが見つからないため,コードの実行を続行できません。って出たんだけど対処法を教えてください。

Make sure your desktop shortcut points to the correct .exe file and game folder.
You can also try reinstalling. There is a link for the download at the top of these forums.
