Flettnerman?? Admin map change abuse!

Today , over an hour ago...  The current map was Aberdeen.  The next map in rotation was Bocage.  An earlier vote for Midway failed by approx 50%.  The next map miraculously changed to Midway towards the end of the round.  Upon starting Midway, approx 30% of the server left.

Can admin confirm here, PUBLICLY, which admin changed the map rotation and why.  If it is indeed Flettnerman, it's not the first time he uses his admin selfishly.  I've witnessed him do it many times.  Is this allowed?

This was not Flettnerman's doing, it was just a normal map rotation change.
