Alternative map version

I realize that at an american server has bots in Conquest game mode. Then if is possible this, could be possible create a Coop map without bots.
But if we can create a Coop map without bots, maybe we can have 2 versions of the same map with different setups. For example, the Conquest version of the map with the standards of server and the Version Coop with tanks a lot, and put the 2 versions in the same vote map list. (because i wanna submit do a bocage version)
