unfair ban

Good evening, good afternoon, good morning, I come here formally to be unbanned from the team-simple servers, because I won't remember exactly the name of the map, but I was unbanned because I was hiding and was exchanging fire with the enemy team, when I used a grenade launcher rifle on my team by accident because I didn't notice that they were in the lower part of the church where I was hiding, my name in the game is BF soldier BRAZIL, this ban was unfair.
