My TM "BFSOLDIER" constantly wants to kill me!

Hi

The player "BFSOLDIER" constantly shoots me throughout the game, 5 or 6 times in 5 minutes!
Of course I shoot back at him and got a ban for TK ))
He had ping more than 300 ms, so he was probably from Saturn.

Such players should be permanently banned!

Don't know why admin doesn't give him 2 or 3 week timeouts. Yesterday tk'd me and others, was kicked twice in Battle/Bulge,,,,
