The server is a mess on most mornings/ early daytime. Many teamkills, baseattacks, planezooks etc.

1) Ofcourse, -9 score to kick a player doesn't help, this needs to change to like -4. Two teamkills and you get kicked. Second time should be ban.

2) Also, I think the votekick should be enabled. At least when no admin is playing. Admins can later disable it when they are online. > At least players will be able to do something against trolls without involving in tk's themselves.

We need more active admins. There are a few guys that can fit that role and play a good amount of time.

1) We can try to lower the margin of tk's before the kick/ban, sure.

2) We tested the vote for kick on main simple servers and it resulted in different votings initiated towards a) most skiled players and b) admins (LOL), and some of these votes passed while actual tk trolls and baseattackers were almost not affected by the vote at all. Unfortunately it becomes a popularity contest and not an impartial instrument of justince and as it is, it gave negative results.

We will consider hiring more admins for the early morning time, but we have quite important requests to potential admins that not often are met in our candidates.
