Sound issues

Hi all
I wonder if there is anyone else experiencing sound problems since installing the latest patch? I can't hear the radio calls  properly, gunfires sound weird also the tanks. This is only happening on Simple server,I just  checked out on Moon without having any probs there.
Anyone an idea how to solve this?
Player "duvel.be" playing with me on Simple right now saying the same.

What was the setting and why was it changed? Does the patch do this?

Sry for the late reply Sere.
I dont know if it is caused by the patch, was just a guess.  Tried other sound  settings in the options in game with no results in the beginning but when Blindi also said the  solution may be found there I kept trying  some more combinations. It now works with 11khz  and 24 channels.

Playing right now after a break of a week and unfortunately realize the sound problem is back/ or after all has not been solved . Anyone an idea?

Which headset are you using?
Problems only in game or other apps?
Have you tried rebooting? Does it help?
Have you tried using another headset?

Its happens with 2 different Headsets and also without any at all. It is only happening when I play on Simple and obviously randomly as I'm trying right now again without the issues. It's weird.

In this case this cause it looks like a software issue.

If it's not a hard one, just reinstall the game, just backup of settings bofore deleting. It will take probably 1 hour max but will save you a lot of time on searching for the cause.

Make it a fresh and new install, like you paint your fingernails every once in a while.

This means that the problem is not in the game files, and not in the sound equipment you're using.

Try updating the directX on your computer.
Also, check if other apps are running during this time and if yes, try gaming with those apps switched off.

Sometimes sound gets distorted for no reason. It happened to me in the past on Windows 7, and it happens now on Windows 10, but quite rarely. Restarting the game helps in most cases

Try also 44khz, sound detail High, channels 64, hardware acceleration OFF.
These are mine default ones.
