Can anyone inform me wheather I have been Perma Banned or not?

I am confused I was playing with few players on Omaha beach after the match ended. The new map (Stalingrad) loaded and as I hoped into the game I was kicked out to main menu without any dialog box. And When I re entered the match again It displayed that I have been banned from the server and kicked and I can appeal on this particular website. Now I doubt I was banned for Profanity as I had only cussed once :
"Because the beach flag is a godamn uncap". I think I have been banned for using the Artilery unfairly.

So My request is : 1) What is the precise reason I have been banned for ?
2) How long is my ban? Is it just temporary or permanent?
3) Can I use the aircraft carrier's onboard cannons on beach?
4) Can I kamikaze using scout cars into tanks or artilerry?
5)Can I appeal from Perma (If any) to Temporary ban for an entire week?
