You could also ask Lop, but I warn you if you want playtime; they are a bunch of chicken-tryhards, so even in a dead game with zero competition they don't mind benching players for their beneficial.

Good luck on your hunt, Rinjo. You should probably not wait too long as the clan activity is shrinking quite a lot.

I didn't mean professional clans - I'm too weak. Ordinary average. I was more interested in the ability to play together and tactics

You learn a lot from liga clans when you participate in a team. Tactics/coordination etc. I would suggest you to find a team to play with, a team might recruit you for the next liga session in practice wars. After that you see how you fit in and improve your gameplay. Creating a new team from simple fellows is very difficult, you need someone who has that experience.

i have seen many good Polish players playing on publics, you can gather them and create a team thats in beta version and only try on small maps, then see if its a good exprience or no
other thing is to wait for next league summer season and give a national team there, like old SPQR clan with help of Mace,Raklez even Robert

Hey man, make a list of potential players, a seprate topic and ask them. I'd join for fun.
So we have 2 and need 5 more. Not a big deal at all to find. Okokok maybe it is a bigger deal that we think lol, but new is good and people from dead clans might join out of the blue. You never know.
So 1st step is to lay the founation and create a topic.

You shouldn't apologize. Most clans is in need of members and often ask for ringers, and it would be great if more "public players" were interested in a deeper cooperation aspect of the game. Actually last night 2 teams were asking for aid, and playing as ringer is a good way to learn about clan wars, but also the different clans - I mean there might be some teams where you fit in better than others; atmosphere among other members, roles you prefer, seriousness, etc.. I think creating a team right now is near impossible to succeed with - there doesn't seem to be enough interested in getting their ass kicked every sunday night, and it takes a lot of time and dedication to manage a new team as well.

My advice to you:
1. Install Discord and join the different clan and bf-league channels/servers
2. Download all the custom maps for the current league season, but probably also the infantry and tank custom maps
3. Maybe install TS3 - some teams still use that voice programme.
4. Take a look at the various teams playing and esp. those who (probably) need players. Most wars happen sundays and Invictus also play Wednesday vs. different teams.
