BF1942 World Cup [REGISTRATION]

Hello,

On this thread, you can register as a team or an individual for the BF1942 World Cup.

Please fill in the following forms, and PM your filled-up form to me on the forums, or on Discord if you have it.

1. Team registration

1)    Your clan/team name + the tag
2)    Where most of your players are located
3)    Who the team leader is
4)    The location of the majority of players in your team
5)    The nicknames and keyhashes of each member of your team
6)    If each team member (including yourself) has read the rules
7)    Each team member has PunkBuster Client 2.110 installed on their computer

2. Individual registration

1)    Your nickname
2)    Where you are located (country)
3)    Your keyhash
4)    If you have PunkBuster Client 2.110 installed on your PC (yes/no)
5)    If you have read and understood all the rules of the competition (yes/no)
6)    The team you would like to join. If you don't have a team to join, simply state you are teamless.

Note: We are looking for a team from SiMPLE|. If you are a player, or an admin from SiMPLE, and you are currently not in another clan or team, we would like to see you in the tournament!
