Setting up Bots for Newbs

Sorry, I'm 20 years late to the show. I've got a dedicated BF1942 server setup and running. But there are no bots on any maps, coop or conquest. I have the following setting in game.rfa - game.autospawnbots 1
I'm using BFSM 2.01
Any help would be appreciated!
