ban my misunderstanding apologize

I would like to explain the situation a friend who was in katyusha was bombed on the kharkov map by me I didn't have time to check that he was an ally I assumed he was an enemy since he was facing the area occupied by my team as soon as I noticed that I was doing tk I apologized I always do that if I accidentally kill a teammate I never do it specially I know the rules I got kicked for it which I think is unfair since I immediately apologized. then during the game few min later I noticed an enemy tank again and I realized too late that my ally was approaching him and I got banned again in this case I understand punishing me because it could have been avoided I will add that at the time when I killed my friend at the tank, I had trouble connecting.
I will add that I got banned for a long time for the last time 2 years ago when I started the game

but I can't understand that if I kill a friend by accident and I apologize immediately, I get kicked I always try to avoid it and I always apologize if someone gets in my sights or I miss someone I always help repair damaged vehicles. I am only asking for understanding next time and a warning if I disturb anyone, I will always apologize
