Ban player 350 for permanent rocket main base attack and obscene abuse

Hi

Today player 350 did a lot of rocket main base attack.

I and other players made a lot of remarks to this player, but he continued to make permanent rocket main base attacks and destroyed the plane with our team players that stood at the base. Also he used obscene abuse of me.

I'm sure such players should not play on this server
