Hi Mediocre, we carefully investigated the case and since you were the player who started to offend test01 in chat and to provoke him we concluded that the ban was fair. Rules clearly mention that it's forbidden to use bullying/trolling/provoking to spark a reaction etc. in game chat. Since you were supposed to know the rules, no warning and no previous kick was given. Test01's answers were not really polite but he only answered to your (and I believe Latino's) provocations so most responsibility on what happened is on you as you initiated this to provoke him. Personally I don't think we shall ban severely for just some words but when the things go out of line then it becomes necessary to take action and 1 day ban is an appropriate measure for in my opinion, also because you still didn't see anything wrong in your actions as we can see from your posts.

They both deserve removal. Alvarez has been trolling free for a decade.
It is no surprise to see test replicate this same demeanor.
 
 
In response to the comments below:

Paul, "has4" has never trolled me that I'm aware of.  He asked a legit question.
He also said "nice 7" for killing two Tigers before I was disconnected.
The "lol u got him test" was after test bombed an enemy w/ B17.
I don't know has4 at all, but wanted to clear this up on his behalf.

Upon reconnect, I was placed on Red and unable to rejoin blue.  No B17 for seVen

Test is very confused on what the rules consist of.  And when he bails while looping
every map, also "denying a kill" like he says, I say nothing to him.  It is all allowed.

The mention of tuia was in response to test being allowed to continue this behavior,
and no admins willing to step up.  This shit is getting old...

I did not respond to Alvarez for "useless".

These guys should get a life and not spend so much time on me..

Interesting that test01 is given a pass to retaliate to insults/trolling, but when I do it, i get banned.

They both deserve removal. Alvarez has been trolling free for a decade.

This degenerate substitutes concepts to hide his daily violations.

Hello, here are the logs.
In the first one guy named has4 started the trolling, joined by test.

This was not trolling, but an attempt to report a violation of the rules. After one kill, this dude rejoined for a stronger team that was winning and had 3 flags, there was no attempt to switch back for allied.

And in general, this dude regularly breaks the rules - teamstacking, deathbaling (to avoid kill), suiciding (to avoid kill), disconnect & rejoining (to avoid kill), trolling, insulting - he copies the style of his idol BFSoldier (ping 13). Not to mention the abuse of the admin area in the past.

Test, I disagree with you. I don't think I ever saw SeVen trolling. About insulting, to some degree all players are guilty of some kind of trashtalk. Deathbail and suicide to deny to opponent a kill are not forbidden. You are showing SeVen a lot more evil than he actually is. He also probably doesnt think very well about you. But hopefully you two can leave mutual issues a part and enjoy game without having conflicts with each other. We are all grown ups here, it takes maturity and some effort to solve issues certain way. Please guys, we don't really need to see two good players arguing about each others gamestyle.

In fact, this can be interpreted as disrupting gameplay.
And before, it wasn’t in the rules either, but this dude kicked and banned for it! And he said that this rule is at the discretion of the admin.
Imagine what would happen if every player on the server did suicide and deathbail when trying to kill him. Clownery.

The rules are always rigid, so there are some actions that are placed within the framework of respect while other rules are "legal" but border on the disruption, such as making a game outside the action zone of the map just to avoid deaths (or spend 40 minutes of game flying through space without contributing anything), and when someone manages to knock it down he makes deathbail or disconnects. What test01 tells you (about his way of playing) is real and everybody knows it.

How do you think other players see this kind of thing?

If you harvested hatred you are going to earn mockery because it is not right that a veteran player, ex admin, with all the experience on his back comes now asking for justice for his actions that he knows it bring consequences (people's reaction to whom he affects).

So if he wishes for a change he should start with himself, and put up with the criticisms as a man.
